To correct for this:
-Open Settings -Select iTunes and App Store -Turn “On” the option labeled Updates. (The option for Apps should already be turned on also. If not, turn it on) - Press the Home button to return to the home screen. - Double-press the home button to show all running apps. Close all apps by swiping the screen associated with the apps upward. (watch a 17 second youtube video showing this at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GnASwRSiHoM if needed) - Return to the home screen by pressing the home button again just once. - Wait a few minutes and Filewave should update all the apps for you, and you should no longer be asked for the password.
