The user is unable to login, and it appears there is a problem with their username and/or password. What do we do?
To verify the username and password, or to reset password, contact the H.R. Department with information. The most common login error is that employees forget that the user name is their 5-digit employee ID number (or 0+the 4-digit employee ID number). Then the first login password is password. We have strongly recommended that when users are prompted to change their passwords that they change it to whatever their network login password is. Kronos will accept any password that is 6 characters, no caps or special characters required.
